Written: 1801 Recorded: 1801 Last Will and Testament of Philip Pool of Warren CO., Ga Page 55 Will Book______ Georgia } I, Philip Pool of the County of Warren and State aforesaid being of perfect health and of sound mindand memory thanks be to Almighty God for the same and knowing that it is appointed for men once to die, I hereby make this my last will and testament in the manner and form following. To wit pincipally and in the first place I give and recommend my soul into the Hands of Almighty God who gave it to me, my body I leave to be buried at the discretion of my executors and as for the worldly goods wherewith it pleased God to bless me in this life. I lend the whole of my property that I am posessed of unto Mary my beloved wife to hold during her natural lifetime and afterwards to be equally divided between five of my children. To wit Mary Graybill, Ephraim Pool, Henry Pool, James Pool, Susannah Caps and to their heirs and assigns forever. I hereby appoint Mary, my dearly beloved wife and Henry Graybill my well loved son in law executors of this my last will and testament, revoking hereby all others and former wills, legacees and bequeaths by me at any time herefore made. Ratifying and confirming this only to be my last will and testament I witness thereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 19th day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eitht hundred and one, Twenty sixth year of the Soverignty and Independence of United States of America.
