I therefore I make constitute and ordain this my Last Will and Testament and also disannulling all others heretofore by me made or entered into whatsoever. I do hereby dispose of my estate in the following manner to wit: Item 1st. -- I want my body buried in a christian like manner and my soul return to God who gave it. Item 2nd.-- I want all my just debts paid as there is no need to delay. Item 3rd.-- I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Martha Tison one hundred acres of land lying in the fork of Robin's Creek, and a part of a 200 acre tract I bought of Enoch Hutcherson to have during her natural life or widowhood, and if she marries the land to belong to her child Jefferson Tison, and I also give and bequesth to my beloved wife my black mare and one cow and yearling and all my stock hogs and plantation tools and household furniture of all description to have and to hold during her natural life or widowhood and if she marries the whole estate to be sold and the money to belong to the child Jefferson D Tison. Item 4th.--I give and bequeth to my beloved son Jefferson D. Tison one hundred acres of land on the fork of Robin's Creek, it being a part of 200 acres; and I leave my crop for the use of my family and I also constitute and ordain my beloved father Noah Tison my executor. In witness I, said Stephen Tison hath acknowledged ____his Last Will and Testament, signed and sealed.
