B. Hall's Will In the name of God Amen. I William B. HaLL of said County and State being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my Last WiLL and Testament revoking all others heretofore by me made. 1st. I desire that my body be buried in a decent and Christian like manner suitable to my circumstances in life and it is furthermy desine that all of my just debts be paid. Znd. I Give and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary Ann Hall for and during her natural life all of my property both real and personal subject to her full and exclusive use controL and disposal and after her death to be divided among my children and grandchildren as wiLL hereafter be provided in this wiLL. 3rd. I give and bequeath to my daughter Martha Ann Hall the following property to wit: 247 acres of land in said County known as the Connor Place also, 100 acres of land in said county to be taken from the Williamson Rowland Place to adjoin said Connor Place on the south; also, one cow and calf and 5 head of sheep to have and to hold the same in fee dimple. (Note: See Johnson County Deed Book R, page 51. 7 May 1910, Martha Ann Hall deeded for love and affection to my son, M. A. HaLL 118 acres.) 4th., I give and bequeath to my daughter, Mary Ann Hall, the following propenty to wit: 400 acres of land more or less in said county lying upon and between the waters of Hutchins Branch and Camp Branch to a centain line known as the Cow Holler track of land and the Nathan Rowland track of Land. Also one cow and calf, 5 head of sheep and $100.00 in money. (Note: See Johnson County Deed Book R, page 55, 31 21 Januany 1915, Mary Ann Hall deed $5.00 and Love and affection she has for her daughter, Lizzie Hall 125 acres.) 5th., I give and begueath to my daughter Malinda Ann Wilson the following property wit 306 acres of Land in said county adjoining lands of James Hicks, M.B. SnelL and others known as the Hicks lands. Also one cow and calf, 5 head of sheep. 6th. I give and begueath to my grandchiLdren, Fennel, Amanda, Julia Ann, Many Ann ELizabeth, William S, Juniper and John Wesley Carter, minors of my deceased daughter Senia P and Hutchin ermelia Ann Carter the following property to wit: 235 acres of land more or less lying in said county adjoing lands of James Hicks, Fred Carter and others. 7th. I give and bequeath to my daughter Julia Ann Vienna Carter the following property to wit: 500 acres of land more or less lying in the fork of Flat Rock and Cyress Creek and known as the W B Snell place in said county. Also all the land deeded to me by the state except a small strip of land on the east side of Flat Rock. 8th. I give and bequeath to my daughter Exey Hall the following property to wit: Twenty five dollars in money 9th. I give and bequeath to my dauigher Isabella Hall the following property to wit 200 acres of land more or less in said county adjoining the W B Snell tract on the West, James Hicks North and Hutchins on the East, one cow and calf and one hundred dollars, 10th. I give and bequeath my son John H R F Hall the following property to wit; 200 acres more or less in said county known as the Rowland camp ground track and also 50 acres adjoining the said Rowland Camp Ground traack on the North and Known as the land sold by C C Colston Admin of the Williamson Rowland, also one black mule about 10 years old, named Jennie valued at $150.00, and one cow and calf and four head of sheep. 11th. Andrew T Ranson Hall the following property to wit:200 acres of land more or less in the said county adjoining lands of J T Snell East, John Hall West and Nancy Hall North, also one bay mare named Jollie valued at $150,00 and two cows and calves. 12th. I give and bequeath to my daughter Nancy Mourning Hall the following property to wit: 200 acres of land more or less lying in said county in the fork of Camp Branch known as the Nathan Rowland place, also another track containing 137 acres more or less known as the Cow Holler place, also one sorel mare named Lady, 12 years old and valued at $100.00 and one cow and calf. 13th. I give and bequeath to my daughter Leanora Christian Hall the following property to wit: 350 acres more or less lying in said county lying upon the waters of Hutchins and Flat Rock adjoining the Connor place, also one Cream mare named Merry, one cow and calf and five head of sheep. 14th. I give and bequesth to my grandchildren Elizabeth Hall, Charlie Hall one cow and one calf a piece. 15th. I further desire that all property both real and personal that I have not given and bequeather in this will to be sold and equally divided by children and grandchildren except Thomas Carter, he haviong received his equal share and also except my daughter Excy Hall 16th. I hereby appoint and constitute my son John Hall executor of this my last will and testament this July 25, 1883. Signed: W B Hall his mark Supplement to above will: 17th. It is further my will and desire that if any of my children become or are dissatisfied with this my will and make any effort at law or in equity to break set aside and make null and void the same that they then and there forfeit any right title claim or share in my estate both real and personal and to their share declared in this will except five dollars. Hall sign and publish the within paper? as his last will and testament that I subscribed the same as a witness thereto at the special instance and request of the said William B. Hall signed the same freely and voluntarily and was at the time of such signing of sound and disposing mind and memory.
