Written: July 3 1926 Recorded: July 20 1926 STATE OF GEORGIA, JOHNSON COUNTY. This the 3rd, day of July 1926. This my last will and testament I make while I am of sound mind, and know exactly what I am doing. I hereby bequeath to my son George R. Smith and my Daughter Naomi Clarke Forty (40) acres of land more or less same in 1266 G. M. District, Johnson County, Georgia: Bounded as follows; On the North by lands of E. G. Black, East by lands of D. G. Smith; South by lands of Mrs Bertha Smith and West by lands of J. C. Carter. Also, that amount owing me by T. W. Belote $30.00 to be given to my daughter Mrs. T. W. Belote, Also amount that J. M. Smith ows me to be given to Mrs. J. M. Smith, also, $ L. W. Smith owes to be given to Mrs. L. W. Smith. After my debts and Burial exprenses have been paid whatever money I have is to be divided equally between the following J. M. Smith, J. G. Smith, G. R. Smith, W. J. Smith. Naomia Clarke, Lizzie Belote. Mrs. L. W. Smith, and one (1) share to go to Horace Smith, Columbus Smith and Victoria Horton. All other heirs have been given their part during my life time.
