Bayne born: Virginia died: late 1829 or early 1830 Georgia Charles H. Bayne, was the son of William Bayn and of Westmoreland Co. Va. and the grandson of Matthew Bayn, who was the son of the 7th Laird of Tullock (second marriage). Wm Bayn died in 1778 naming only his wife and son John Henry Bayn in his will. I got from the Latter Day Saints the name of Charles as a son of Willam . What records I have found leads me to believe that John Henry Bayn and, Charles H. Bayn are brothers, this is stated in the 1805 records on " Head of House " list. 1794 Warren Co Ga. tax on White Creek Bane 1800 6 Jun Warren Co.
