Ga.,lived in Jones Co.,Monroe Co, and Henry Co.s Ga. He like his father must have been a very energetic person,for he leaves a record that any person would have been glade to accomplish if they did only half of it. He dies at the age of forty-four in McDonough in Henry Co. Ga.his land was known by those in those parts as the Bayne plantation. The will of Charles T. Bayne was recorded. note: Charles' widow Mary continues to sale land he owned. She remarries to James W. Crockett 28 Sept 1842.
