Smith, deceased of said County, respectfully shows that it is necessary upon the payment of debts of such estate. And for the purpose of distribution among the several heirs to sell certain land of said decedent lying in the County of Jones. Said tract containing four hundred 400, acres land situate in Hawkins District of said County, adjoining land of Hugh McKay, Mrs. Genie Pottle, Bird place & others ~~ Wherefore he prays that after notice of this citation shall have been published pursuant to #3450 of the Civil Code, an order be passed granting leave to sell said land John Bradley Sworn & Subscribed Administrator before me this Oct. 26, 1898 John I. Smith R.H.Bonner, Ordinary Georgia } Jones County} In the Court of Ordinary for said County - Dec Term 1898 John Bradly, Administrator upon the estate of John I. Smith late of Jones County deceased, having duly applied by petition, for leave to sell certain land hereinafter described belonging to said estate and notice of the same having been published as required by #3450 of the Civil Code & it appearing that the allegation in said petition are true, it is ordered that leave be granted to said petitioner to sell the following land of said estate to wit ~four hundred 400, acres of land, situate on Hawkins Dist.
