Tyson Bill for discovery and relief and injunction vs in Jones Superior Court – Daniel Roper Rule to perfect Service – It appearing to the court that the defendant Daniel Roper resides out of the state, wherefore on motion of Leu? this & Ivinon Solution for complainant, it is (_____) that the said Daniel Roper be and appear at the next term of this court to answer to said bill; that a copy of this rule be published in one of the public Gazettes of this state once a month for four months previous to said court and that a copy of said bill be served on Harry Lamar attorney for the said Daniel Roper in the case which are enjoined by said bill, at least thirty days before the next Term of this court. 1826 Court then adjourned until tomorrow morning half after 7 o'clock the 27th April 1826. Tison Job Tison & John Ferrell heirs & distributees of Job Tison deceased It appearing to the Court that the defendants John Herbert lives out of the State of Georgia and that Service of this Bill has been perfected on them, and that the defendants Winson Tison, John Ferril & wife Elizabeth live out of the County.
