Surveyed by B. Smith, October 2,1807 and again by
McCord, Sept. 14, 1808 From Original Wilkinson County
District 28 line, up the east bank of the Ocmulgee
River to Original Baldwin County District 8 land.

Acreage differed from the two surveyors.

Why this property was surveyed two times, the compiler
does not know. One can note the increase in acreage on
all lots the 2nd time. All grants were completely filed
in except for the grantee's name, note that they were
all dated prior to the last survey by McCord.
