Barefield of Jones County in said State of the one part and Abner Davis of the same place of the other part. Witnesseth that the said William W. Barefield for and in Consideration of the sum of Two hundred and Eighty dollars to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath and by these presents doth grant bargain sell alien convey and confirm unto the said Abner Davis a Certain tract or parcel of land Containing fifty Acres be the same more or less lying in the county of Baldwin at the time of survey now Jones County being part of lot No. One hundred and Eighty (180) in the Sixth District of Said County of Baldwin now Jones County on Commissioners Creek being the west corner of Said lot beginning at a pine corner and running thence N 45 E with the old line of said lot to Commissioners Creek thence down with said Creek to where said Davis line Crosses it thence with said Davis line to the S.W. boundary of this lot and thence to the beginning bounded N.W. by lot No. 181 N.E. by Commissioners Creek S.E. by Davis land and S.W. by Lot No. 159 together with all and Singular the rights, members and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining to have and to hold the said bargained premises with the appertenances thereof to him the said Abner Davis his heirs and assigns forever and the said William W. Barefield for himself and his heirs the said tract or parcel of land & premises unto the said Abner Davis his heirs and assigns against him the said William W. Barefield his heirs and assigns but no other person or persons shall and will warrant and forever defend by virtue of these presents. In Witness whereof the said William W.
