Witnesseth that said Alexander Broach for & in consideration of the sum of five dollars the receipt whereas hereby acknowledged has granted, bargained & sold by virtue hereof from .... grant unto said Rachel Broach her heirs executors, administrators & assigns the following lands to wit: three hundred acres known as the Charles H. Brooks old place. To have and to hold said lot containing said number of acres more or less to said Rachel Blow, her heirs, executors, administrators in fee simple with all the rights, members & appurtenances to the land belonging or pertaining to that within said Alexander H. Broach nor any claiming heir shall at any time hereafter have a claim or .... said land & appurtenances. The testimony whereof said Alexander H. Broach has hereto set his hand & seal the day and year above written. Signed sealed & delivered /s/ Hamilton Broach in presence of G.E. Thigpen John Barrow Georgia, Jones County Before me William Moreland Justice of the Inferior Court, personally came Gilbert Etheridge Thigpen, who being truly sworn says that he saw the said Alexander H.
