Leaves Jones County Deed Deed Book S, Pg. 389 300 Acres of Land November 20, 1860 This indenture made and entered into this the twentieth day of November in the year eighteen hundred and sixty between A.H. Broach of said County and State of the first part, and George S. Leaves of the County of Baldwin and said State of the second part. Witnesseth that the said A.H. Broach for and in consideration of the sum of thirty three hundred dollars to him in hand paid by said George S. Leaves at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged - has granted, bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant, bargain and sell unto the said George S. Leaves his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns all of that tract or parcel of land in said county of Jones, whereon I now reside and which is known as the place whereon George Broach, deceased, resided in his lifetime. Bounded on the south side by the public road running from Clinton to Macon and the lands of the Estate of Alexander F. Hunt, deceased, Henry Greaves, Jackson Roberts and the lands belonging to the Estate of William Moreland, deceased upon the other sides. Containing three hundred acres more or less. To have and to hold unto the said George S. Leaves, his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns all of said described parcel or tract of land with all the members and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining forever in fee simple. And I, the said A.H. Broach, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns the said bargained premises unto the said George S. Leaves, his heirs, executors and administrators and assigns against the claim of myself and against the claim of all other person whatever will forever warrant and defend.
