Williams Jones County Deed Book S, Pg. 417 225 Acres of Land August 10, 1861 This indenture made this the tenth day of August in the year eighteen hundred and sixty one between Hamilton Broach of the County of Bibb said State of the first part and Ambros A. Williams of said County of the second part. Witnesseth that the said Hamilton Broach for and in consideration of the sum of fifteen hundred dollars to him in hand paid by the said Ambros A. Williams the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged does by these presents give, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Ambros A. Williams his heirs and assigns a certain tract or parcel of land lying in the said county of Jones containing two hundred and twenty five acres more or less, know and distinguished in the plan of said County as lot number not known adjoining lands of Jackson Roberts on the east, Sarah Foster on the south, Joshua Harris on the west, the Clinton and Macon Road on the north and known as the Boaz Kitchen's place together with all the rights and privileges thereto in anywise appertaining. To have and to hold the above granted premises to the said Ambros A. Williams his heirs and assigns in fee simple. And the said Hamilton Broach will and his heirs, executors and administrators shall the said property to the said Ambros A. Williams his heirs, executors and administrators forever warrant and defend against the lawful demands of all persons whatever.
