Recorded February 24th(?) 1818 John Willson Clk Film #5192 Jones County Georgia Deeds 1827-1831, 1831-1839 pg. 380 Georgia Jasper County This indenture made this twenty fourth day of November in the year of our lord, One thousand Eight hundred and thirty between Anthony Johnson of the state aforesaid, and County of Jones of the one part, and William G. Bullard of the same state, and County of the other part---Witnesseth that the said Anthony Johnson for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and twenty five dollars to him in hand paid by the said William G. Bullard, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hath this day bargained and sold, and do by these presents bargain, sell and deliver unto the said William G. Bullard, all my part of a certain tract of land that has recently fell to me in right of my wife in a dividend mady by the legatees of Tapley Bullard of Jones County, deceased it being a part of the tract of land owned by said Tapley Bullard in his life time, where he the said decd lived and died, on the waters of Glady creek, containing by survey, twenty eight acres be the same more or less. Which above bargained land and premises the said Anthony Johnson doth for himself, his heirs and assigns warrant for forever defend the right and title, members(?) and improvements, with all things In thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining, the same having such marks or shapes as land drawn by the surveyor making said dividend between said legatees of the said Tapley Bullard deceased---To Have and To Hold said land and premises to him the said William G. Bullard his heirs and assigns to his and their own proper (?) benefit and behoof forever in fee simple. Bullard of same County and State of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Anthony Johnson in consideration of the sum of one hundred and thirty one dollars and fifty cents to him in hand paid by the said William G. Bullard the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hath this day bought of, and sold, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, and deliver unto the said William G. Bullard, all that part of a certain tract of land that have recently purchased of Thomas Bullard, that fell to him in a dividend made by the legatees of Tapley Bullard of Jones County deceased, it being part of a tract of the tract of land owned by said Tapley Bullard dec'd in his life time, where (?) the said deceased lived and died, on the waters of Glady creek, containing by Survey in said division forty five acres, (?) the same more or less which above bargained land and premises the said Anthony Johnson doth(?) for himself, his heirs and assigns, warrant and defend the right and title, with all and singular the rights, members and improvements with all things (?) thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining, the same having such shape or marks as land drawn by the surveyor making said partition or dividend between the said heirs of said Tapley Bullard deceased, To Have and To Hold said land and premises to him the said William G. Bullard of the State and County aforesaid, of the one part and Anthony Johnson of the State aforesaid and County of Jones of the other part - Witnessth that the said Thomas B. for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and twenty five dollars to him in hand paid by the said Anthony, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hath this day bargained and sold and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and deliver unto the said Anthony, all my part of a certain tract of land that has recently fell to me in a division made by the legatees of Tapley Bullard of Jones County deceased, it being a part of a tract of land owned by said Tapley Bullard decd in his lifetime whereon he the said deceased lived and died, on the waters of Glady Creek, containing by Survey in said division forty five acres, be the same more or less, which above bargained land and premises the said Thomas B. Bullard doth for himself, his heirs, and assigns warrant and defend the right and title, with all and (?) the right members(?) and improvements, with all things else thereon to belonging on (?) (?) thereunto appertaining, the same having such shape or mark as laid down by the surveyor making said partition or division between the said heirs of the said Tapley Bullard, deceased, third number in said division - To Have and To Hold said land and premises to him the said Anthony Johnson his heirs and assigns, to him and their own proper use, benefit and (?) From Microfilm # 5192 - Jones County, Georgia Deeds 1827-1831, 1831-1839 Second Section pg. 154-155 Georgia, Jasper County This Indenture made this thirtieth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty two between Robt. C. Beasley of the county of Jasper and John Dossett of the county of Jones, Witnesseth that the said R.C. Beasley for and in consideration of the sum of five hundred and twenty six dollars to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and conveyed unto the said John Dossett his heirs and assigns a certain tract or parcel of land containing one hundred and twenty three acres more or less lying in the state aforesaid county of Jones on the head waters of Glady Creek being a part of the lot of land whereon Tapley Bullard died it being that part of the lot of land which fell to the distributive share of Wm. G. Bullard one of the legatees of said Tapley Bullard decd. and all that part which fell to the distributive share of Thomas Bullard one of the legatees of said dec'd and all that part which fell to the distributive share of Anthony Johnson's wife another of the legatees of said dec'd on a legal division amongst said legatees. To Have and To Hold said tract or parcel of land with all the appertenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the said Robert C. Beasley doth by these presents for himself his heirs executors and assigns warrant and defend said premises or land against the claims of himself or any other person or persons unto the said John Dossett his heirs executors (?) assigns for ever in fee simple.
