Alsabrook and Albert G. Alsabrook Administrators of Howell Alsabrook late of the State and county aforesaid decd of the one part and Bryan Funderburk of the State and county aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that whereas the aforesaid Wilson C. Alsabrook and Albert G. Alsabrook have been regularly appointed by the Inferior Court of said county when sitting for ordinary purposes. Administrators on the estate of said Howell Alsabrook dec'd and whereas the said Administrators after publishing four months in the Federal Union in Milledgeville did obtain an order for leave to sell the Lands belonging to the estate of said dec'd and after due advertisement did on the first Tuesday in January of this present year at the Court House door in Clinton between the usual hours of sale proceed to sell at public outcry part of lots number thirty two (32) and thirty five (35) in the eleventh district originally Baldwin now Jones County lines running as follows commencing at a chinquepin Merritts corner on the district line thence along said line to Wammacks corner, thence on Wammacks line to a rock corner on Jacksons line thence on Jacksons line to a Stake corner on Merritts line thence following a small branch on Merritts line to a poplar on the branch thence a South west corner to a post oak corner on Merritts line, thence to beginning containing of seventy five acres more or less which was bid off by the aforesaid Bryan Funderburk at two hundred and fifty dollars he being the highest bidder in consideration of which sum to them paid in hand by said Bryan Funderburk at or before the sealing and delivering these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged they the said Administrators hereby bargain sell and convey unto the aforesaid Bryan Funderburk his heirs and assigns the above named land and premises as therein described. To have and to hold said land tract or parcel of Land together with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances there unto belonging or in any wise appertaining to the said Bryan Funderburk his heirs executors, administrators and assigns for their own proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple. And the said Wilson C. Alsabrook and Albert G. Alsabrook as Administrators as aforesaid as far as their office of administration may authorise or require them. The said bargained premises unto the said Bryan Funderburk his heirs and assigns shall and will warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof against themselves and against the claim of all other persons whom soever. In witness whereof the said Wilson C. Alsabrook and Albert G. Alsabrook as Admn'rs as aforesaid have here unto set their hands and affixed their seals the day and year above written.
