Wommack, William S. Smith, Levi W. Smith, James W. Smith of the County and State aforesaid of the one part and Bryant Funderburk of the sam place of the other part Witnesseth that the said Eliza P. Wommack, William S. Smith, Levi W. Smith, James W. Smith for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Dollars to them in hand paid at and before the Sealing and delivery of there presents The receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted, bargained, Sould and convyed and dose by these presents grant bargain sell and convy unto the said Bryant Funderburk his heirs and assigns all that track or parcel of Land situate lying and being Seventy Five acres of land more or less being part of lot number Thirty two in the Eleventh district Bouldain County when survyed now Jones County begining at a pine corner on the original line runing East to a rock corner, from thence North to Jones line, thence west on the original line to the Whiteoke Stake on the district line, thence south on the District line to the beginning containing seventy five acres more or less, adjoining Lindsey, Jones, Wich and others, together with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in otherwise appertaining to the said lands and premises for the only use and benifite of him the said Funderburk his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple. The said Eliza P. Wamack, William S. Smith, Levi W. Smith, James W. Smith warranting and defending the same. In witness whereof the said Eliza P. Wamack, William S. Smith, Levi W. Smith, James W.
