Woodall of the State and County aforesaid of the one part and William O. Ticknor of the same place of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Benjamin F. Woodall for and in consideration of the sum of sixty dollars to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained and sold and conveyed and doth by these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said William O. Ticknor his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County aforesaid in the 300 District G.M. bounded North by said Ticknor East by said Woodall South by public road leading what is known as the Towles place containing seven and a half acres more or less No not recollected to have and to hold said tract or parcel of land to him the said William Ticknor his heirs & assigns together with all and singular the rights members and apperturance thereof to the same in any manner belonging to his own proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple and the said Benjamin F. Woodall for himself his heirs Executor and Administrator the said bargained premises to him the said William O. Ticknor his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the rights and title thereof against the claim of himself and against the claim of all other persons whomsoever. In witness whereof the said Benjamin F. Woodall hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal this the day and year above written. Signed Sealed and delivered in the presents of us- James H.
