Twiggs County

Know all men that I, John Roberts of Jones County for and consideration of 
$100, to me in hand and receipt thereof acknowledge has bargained unto Lewis 
Neal of Twiggs County, for a parcel of land, it being a half of a lot of land 
known by the number 85 in the 7th Dist former Baldwin now Jones County situaged 
on Swift Creek conveyed by David Byrgain to me, the said Roberts and I so sell 
unto said Lewis Neal, one half of a saw and grist mill now standing on a lot of 
land with all the profits that shall come.
