Taylor of Putnam County, State of Georgia. Witnesseth that the said Isaac Justis having sold a certain lot of land lying in Jones County formerly called Baldwin tenth Dist Number eighty (10th Dis LL 80) for and in consideration of two hundred dollars to the said Justis to him in hand paid by the said Joseph G. Taylor and the said Justis doth grant unto the said Taylor a full right and privilege to all that lot of land, I do warrant and defend the said land from myself, my heirs and assigns all other persons forever. To the said Joseph G. Taylor and his heirs fee simple for him and his full use and privilege. Given under my hand Isaac Justis Signed, sealed and delivered in the Presence of us. Silas Monk John James Personally appeared before me Silas Monk and made oath tht he saw the within deed duly executed and the John James was a subscribing witness to the same. Sworn to before me this 1st day of July 1811. Clerk's Office Superior Court. Recorded this 7th day of March 1812.
