Witnesseth that said Benjamin May for and in consideration of the sum of seventy five dollars in hand paid at and before the Sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, Sold, aliened, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, Sell, alien, convey and confirm unto the said Isaac Harvey his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land, situate lying and being in the County of Jones and Known and distinguished by No. 50 in the Seventh distict of Baldwin now Jones County. Containing Two hundred two and a half Acres lying on the waters of Walnut creek be the same more or less. To Have and To Hold the said tract or parcel of land with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances thereof whatsoever to the said tract or parcel of land being, belonging or in any wise appertaining with the remainder or remainders, reversion and reversions, rents, issues and profits thereof to the only proper use benefit and behoof of him the said Isaac Harvey his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee Simple, and the said Benjamin May his heirs executors and adm'rs the said bargained tract or parcel of land unto the said Isaac Harvey his heirs Ex'rs adm'rs, and all and every other person or persons, Will warrant and for ever defend by Virtue of these presents. In Witness whereof the said Benjamin May hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his Seal the day & year first above written. Signed, Sealed & delivered in presence of Benj. F.
