Indenture between John Murphy to Lewis Saunders. For and in consideration of 
the sum of $500, conveyed 151 1/2 acres, land lot 113 in the 10th District. 
Granted to Coleman Lennard.

Bounded by Lot 114 and 51 acres of the said tract, lot 113 originally conveyed 
to John Rose by Elisha Watty.  Except 1 acres conveyed to the Methodist Society 
for the use of the Meeting House and the use of the nearest spring water.

Additional Comments:
Note: may be Launders rather than Saunders, due to poor condition of the deed 
copy.
