All That tract or parcel of Land, situate, lying and being in the sixth district of the county of Baldwin now Jones County containing Eighty two acres more or less known and distinguished in the plan of said district by the number one hundred and ninty one [“ninty” underscored] and was granted on the (Decmb i.) [underscored] day of in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and 1806 [underscored] to Jarmiah [underscored] Everitt, heirs and assigns, by his Excellency Jared Irwin then Governor of Georgia, which to the said Grant is annexed, under the great seal of the State. To have and to hold said tract or parcel of Land unto him the said Horashoo [underscored] May, heirs and assigns together with all and singular the rights, members, reversions, rents, profits and appurtenances thereof to the same in any manner belonging to them and their own proper use, benefit and behoof forever in fee Simple. And the said Felix Murphy for his heirs executors and administrators the said bargained premises unto the said Horrashoe [underscored] May his heirs executors, administrators and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and the title thereof against themselves and against the claim of all and every other person or persons whomsoever. In witness whereof the said Felix Murphy hath hereunto set his hand and seal, the day and year above written. Signed sealed and delivered in presence of D. B. Georgia Jones County Personally came before me James Modesett and after being duly sworn deposeth and saith that he saw Felix Murphy sign the above deed for its contents and saw D. B.
