Ratifying and confirming whatsoever my attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done in & about the execution of the premises by virtue of these presents. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 16th day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & nineteen.
