Georgia 	        This indenture made this the thirteeth day of October in 
the year of our
Jones County	}     Lord Eighteen hundret hundred Twenty three of 
Between Kinchen P Tison of
the county & State aforesaid of the one part and Rowaner Wells of the same
county? of the other part.  Witnesseth that the said Kinchen P. Tison for & 
in consideration of the sum of One hundred fifty Dollars to him in hand paid 
at & before the sealing____livery of these presence to receipt whereof is 
hereby acknowledged hath granted __ sold & conveyed and do by these grant 
bargain sell and Convey unto the Tavener Wells his heirs & assigned  all that 
tract or parcel of land situate & beging in the aforesaid (but in the county 
of Baldwin at the time of survey known & distingisted
_____ ?  fifty eight in the tenth District of Baldwin county having such 
shape & formation appear by refering to the plot of said lot containing 200 
two &a Half acres ?  survey.  To have & to hold said tract or parcel of land 
unto him the said Ta???? his heirs & assign together with all & Singular the 
right members & appertenu????______to the same in any manner belonging to his 
& their own proper use benefit & behalf____ in fee simple And the said 
Kinchen P. Tyson for himself his heirs & assigs the said________Promises unto 
the said Tononer Wells his heirs & assigns will warrant & defend the right & 
title thereto against themselves & against the claim of all &____those person 
or persons whatsoever, In intress whereof the said Kinchen P. Tison hath 
____ ...to set his hand & seal the day & year above written.
