Now the condition of the above obligation is such that if the said William Walden shall well & truly pay unto the said Harrison Smith & Peter Clower within twelve months from the date of these presents the sum of two thousand sixty two dollars & fifty cents with interest from the fourth day of October in the year eighteen hundred & eighteen then the above obligation to be null & void otherwise to remain in full force & virtue given under my hand & seal this 29th January 1820.
