Witnesseth that the said Martha Whitehead for and in consideration of the Sum of fifty Dollars to her in hand paid at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath Granted Bargained sold and Conveyed and Confirmed and by these presents do bargain Grant and Sell allien convey and Confirm unto the said Benjamin May his heirs and assigns all that Tract or parcel of Land situated lying and being in the County of Jones and known and being distinguished on the plan of the 7th District Baldwin by the Number fifty Containing two hundred two and a half Acres begining [sic] on the waters of Walnut Creek having such shape form and marks as more fully appear by a plat of the same hereunto annexed, to have and to hold the said Tract or parcel of land with all and Singular the rights and members and appertenances thereof whatsoever to the Said Tract or parcel of Land being belonging or in any wise appertaining with the remainder or Remainders revision and Revisions rents and Issues and Proffits thereof to the only proper use benefit and behoof of him the said Benjamin May his heirs and assigns in fee Simple and the said Martha Whitehead her heirs and assigns the said bargaind bargaind Tract or parcel of land unto the Said Benjamin May his heirs and Assigns against her the Said Martha Whitehead her heirs and assigns and all and every other person or persons Whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever Defend firmly by Virtue of these presents. In Witness whereof the Said Martha Whitehead hath hereunto Set her hand and Seal the day and Year first above written. Signed Sealed and Delivered in presents of us. John Denson Sen'r James Ware, J.
