[missing title] RELIEF LAWS. 1822 Vol. 1 -- Page: 79 Sequential Number: 074 Short Title: For the relief of John Simmons, Tax Collector of Jones County. Type: AN ACT Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Georgia in General Assembly met, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That from and immediately after the passage of this act, the Comptroller general be and he is hereby authorised and required to place to the credit of John Simmons, Tax Collector of Jones county for the year eighteen hundred and twenty, the sum of four hundred and thirteen dollars and sixty- seven cents, which does appear was overpaid by him as Tax collector of said county for the year eighteen hundred and nineteen.
