Georgia  Jones County
To any Judge, Magistrate or Ordained Clergyman of said State.  
You are hereby authorised to join together in the holy state of 
Matrimony James O. K. Garrett and Priscilla Gardner, and this shall 
be your Sufficient License for so doing.  Given under my hand this 
23rd day of December 1815.
