				Monday October 4th 1852

The court of Ordinary met this day according to Law.

It appearing to the court that Elisha M. King has
intermarried with Amanda E. Broach who was administrator
on the estate of John M. Broach, Deceased & that in
consequences of the said intermarriage of the said Amanda
M. Broach with the said Elisha M. King, the letters of
Administration granted to said Amanda E on the estate of
said deceased have abated dismissing the coveture.

It is therefore ordered by the Court that letters of
administration on the estate of said deceased be granted
to the said Elisha M. King upon his giving bond and
security in the sum of ten thousand dollars and that
Harry W. Dorsey be received as his security.
