Georgia Court of Ordinary Adjourned Term
Jan. 28 1839
In open court in person appeared Joseph Day one (of) the subscribing witnesses 
to the within instrument and being duly sworn deposeth and saith that he saw 
Wyllie Chappell sign, seal publish and declare the within to be and contain his 
seal 
Signed sealed and acknowledged in the presence of testator and in the presence 
of Daniel Scott & John B Heath who also subscribed the same as witnesses in the 
presence of the testator
Sworn to and subscribed in open court this 28th day of January 1839  Jos. Day
