Ordered that letters of administration on the estate of
John Henderson deceased be granted to Francis Henderson
upon her giving bond and security in the sum of six
hundred dollars and that Thadeus M. McLeroy and John S.
Walker be received as her securities.

Sarah Jane Henderson, orphan child of John Henderson late
of Jones County deceased, being over the age of fourteen
years and without a guardian comes into open court and
makes choice of Francis Henderson, her mother, as her
guardian.  And it further appearing to the Court that
Esther B., Washington I., Abi and Henry, other orphans of
the said John Henderson and under the age of fourteen
years are without a guardian.  It is ordered by the Court
that letters of Guardianship of the person and property
of the said Sarah Jane Henderson, Esther B., Washington
I., Abi and Henry Henderson be granted to the said
Francis Henderson their Mother upon her giving bond and
security in the sum of one hundred and sixty dollars and
the said Francis Henderson having given bond and taken
the oath prescribed by law, letters of Guardianship was
this day issued to her.
