I give and bequeath to my half brother Levi Justice one hundred dollars in cash to him and his heirs forever. Item 2. I give and bequeath to my brother Dempsey Justice two hundred dollars in cash to him and his heirs forever. Item 3. I give and bequeath to my brother Appleton Justice all the balance of my estate real and personal, negroes money and evidence of debt which I now own or may at the time of my death and also all the interest and shares to which I am or may at any time be entitled to in the estates both real and personal of my father Dempsey Justice deceased my mother Milley Justice deceased and my brother Stephen Justice deceased whether the same may consist of land negroes money, evidence of debt, or of any other property whatsoever to him and his heirs forever And lastly I do constitute, nominate and appoint my brother the said Appleton Justice my sole executor to execute this my last will and testament, in Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 26th Day of November eighteen hundred and twenty eight.
