I Robert Lundy of said State and County being of advanced age but of sound and disposing mind and memory realizing that I must shortly depart this life deem it right & proper both as respects my family and myself that I should make a disposition of the property with which a kind Providence has blessed me ~ I do therefore make this my last will and testament revoking and annulling all others by me heretofore made ~ First I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christian like manner suitable to my circumstances & condition in life ~ My soul I trust shall return to rest with God who gave it as I hope for salvation though the merits and atonement of the blessed Lord & Savior Jesus Christ ~ Article Second I give to Eliza Smith formally Eliza Lundy of the County of Lowndes ~ Rebecca Lundy of the County of Jones, Velovet Lundy of the County of Lowndes, Greila Lundy of the County of Jones~I give and bequeath all my real and personal estate ~ Article Third I give and bequeath Abner S. Lundy five dollars ~ Anna Lou Bird formerly Annie Lou Lundy I give her five dollars ~ Lurany Bird formally Lurany Lundy I give her five dollars ~ Article 4th I hereby constitute George H. Lowe of the County of Jones and State of Georgia & Rebecca Lundy of the County of Jones & State of Georgia and Eliza Smith of the County of Lowndes as Executors of this my last will and testament this the 28th day of April 1896~ Witnessess Robert Lundy John S.
