Its my will that my wife Mary Martin may be in full possession of all the rest of my Estate both real and personal during widowhood I also appoint my son Levi Martin as executor in the fear of God to all & transact for me agreable to my above states will its further my will that Saly Martin Coutler may have half as much one of the rest that are not aboved named in the will its further my will that all the rest of my heirs may have equal, this acknowledged to be my last will and testament. Elijah Martin (seal) test Elizabeth Chapman S Grace Georgia Jones County Then came Solomon Grace into Court who being sworn saith that he was present and saw Elijah Martin sign execute this as his last will & testament & that Elizabeth Chapman with this deponent at the request of said Elijah Martin and in his presence & in the presence of each other witnessed the same and that said Elijah Martin was of sound mind at the execution thereof.
