L.M. Laird Recorded this 3rd June 1819 James Feagind Georgia know all men by these present that Henry Mitchell Jones County, all of the one part and Robert M.J. Mitchell of the other part. Both of said county, for and in consideration of divers sums of money that have been paid for me, that said Henry Mitchell and for the love and good will I have for and toward my son Robert M.J. Mitchell, have sold conveys, bargains, and confirms, and by these present doth bargain and convey to him three horses, two cows, and three other head of cattle, my stock of hogs, household and kitchen furniture and plantation utensils to be enjoyed held and enjoyed by him his heirs executors administrators and of signs forever, provided that I the said Henry Mitchell do retain possession and the occupation of said property during my natural life, and immediately on my death he is to take immediate possession of the same and I will warrant the right of the property to him free and clear from me my heirs, executors, administrators or of signs and from all and every other person and persons whatever.
