PITTS SR. ==================================================================== JONES COUNTY, GEORGIA, WILL RECORD F, PAGES 282-283 Georgia, Jones County I, P. T. Pitts, Sr., of said county, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all others that I have heretofore made. Item 1. It is my will and desire that my body be buried in a Christian like manner, the place and details of which I leave to my bloved [sic] wife. Item 2. It is my will and desire that all of my just debts be paid as soon as practicable after my death and my will probated. Item 3. I will, bequeath and devise all of my property, both real and personal, of whatever kind and wherever situated, to my beloved wife, Mrs. Hattie Brown Pitts, to be hers absolutely and in fee simple forever. Item 4. I hereby make my wife, Mrs. Hattie Brown Pitts, executrix of this will, and I hereby relive [sic] her from making any inventory of my property or appraisement, or from giving any bond, and she is further relived [sic] from making any returns of her acts or doings to any court whatever.
