Georgia Issue of Wednesday, April 13, 1910 Miss Crowder, Barnesville Barnesville, Ga., April 12 - (Special) - Miss Emmie Crowder, daughter of E. T. Crowder, of this city, died at Piedmont Saturday night (April 9) and her body brought here for burial yesterday afternoon. The cause of her death was appendicitis. She was principal of the school at Piedmont. Additional Comments: Emmie was the daughter of Eugenius Theodore "E. T." Crowder, Sr.& 1st wife, Mattie C. ?________. Buried at Greenwood Cemetery in Barnesville, Lamar Co., Georgia, November 4, 1883 - April 9, 1910 [survey recorded by Morgan and Smith in May 1974]. Her parents are buried at Greenwood Cemetery, too.
