C. KILGO BURIED AT FREDONIA Funeral services for C. Creyton Kilgo, 48, of Atlanta were held Sunday afternoon at Fredonia Congregational Church in Redbone, with the Rev. Sam Nelson, pastor, and the Rev. Clyde Lancaster, pastor of Prospect Methodist Church, officiating. Burial was in the Church Cemetery. Mr. Kilgo died suddenly at his residence in Atlanta Thursday night. He was a salesman and had made his home in Atlanta a number of years, although he was a native of Fort Valley, Ga. Survivors include his wife, of Atlanta, the former Miss Josephine Sullivan of Redbone; his mother, Mrs. Walter H. Kilgo, Sr., of Houston, Texas; sisters, Miss Alta Kilgo, Miss Virginia Kilgo, Miss Opal Kilgo, Miss Della, and Miss Ruth Kilgo, all of Houston, Texas; four brothers, Marvin Kilgo, Atlanta; Frank Kilgo, Columbus; Walter H. Kilgo and Sudney Kilgo, both of Houston. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Hubbard Funeral Home was in charge.
