R.L. Mills
The funeral of R.L. Mills, who died Friday, will be held at Harry G. Poole's 
chapel this morning at 9 o'clock. The interment will be at Barnesville, Ga.

Additional Comments:
Richard L. Mills, a Confederate soldier, died at the Confederate Soldier's 
Home Hospital in Atlanta on 14 April 1911 at 8:25 p.m. He is buried in the 
Cain/Cole Cemetery in Lamar County. He received a Confederate pension from 
1898 to 1903 in Pike County; 1904-05 in Butts County; 1906 in Coweta County; 
and 1907 in Butts County again. Pension records show his birth date as 7 Jan 
1832.
