Adams at Jackson this week is received with sorrow by the people of Barnesville, where he formerly lived and where he and his family are highly esteemed. The information about his death was sent out Monday from Jackson as follows: W.F. Adams, of Jackson, died at his home this morning of pneumonia. He was a merchant of this place, and is a brother of E.L. Adams of Adams Wright Company, of Atlanta, and of E.B. Adams of Augusta, manager of Swift & Company. He was secretary and treasurer of the board of stewards of the M.E. church south. Mr. Adams was a prominent young man of thirty-one years of age and is survived by a wife and child.
