WHITTEN - The friends and relatives of Mrs. Mary B. (Granny) Whitten, Mrs. C. 
W. McDade, Mr. and Mrs. P. G. Christopher, Mr. and Mrs. H. W. Whitten, Mr. and 
Mrs. R. E. Whitten, Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Cain, Mr. and Mrs. John S. Cain, Mrs. 
F. D. wood, Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Sullivan, the 20 grandchildren and 15 great-
grandchildren are invited to attend the funeral of Mrs. Mary B. (Granny) 
Whitten, Wednesday morning, July 21, 1948, at 11 o'clock from the Neighborhood 
Chapel Church of God.  Rev. Charles Richardson and Rev. D. A. Socks will 
officiate.  Interment, Cain-Cole-Whitten cemetery, Barnesville, Ga.  The body 
will lie in state at the church from 10'clock until the funeral hour.  
Pallbearers selected will please meet at the church at 10 o'clock.

Additional Comments:
Note that this one gives a burial location in Barnesville, not in 
Lawrenceville.  I do not know which is correct, as she was not in my family.
