 Josie Maynard, 61, of Lakeland died June 7, 2008 at her residence.
 Born July 10, 1946 in Jefferson County, FL to the late Calvin Lee and Emma 
Gray Cook, she was a homemaker. She was married to the late Virgil Maynard who 
died in 1999.
 Survivors include her son, Tony (Mitz) Maynard Parenti of Hahira; two sisters, 
Emma Knowles and Ola (James) Gray, both of Nashville; two brothers, Calvin 
(Mary Ann) Cook of Perry, FL and Wallace (Martha) Cook of Nashville; fiance, 
Doyle W. Gingerich of Lakeland; caregiver, John Peters of Lakeland.
 A graveside service will be held on June 11 at 11 a.m. at Long Bridge Cemetery.
 Lovein Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
