Born May 29, 1921 in Lanier Co. to the late Bill and Phoebe Skinner Frazier, she was a homemaker and member of Ray City Freewill Holiness Church. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Owen Rouse and Arthur Richardson; three sons, A. W. Robert and Albert Rouse; daughter, Flora Rouse; 11 brothers and sisters. Survivors include three step-daughters, Lucille Guthrie of Nashville, Wanda Fay Mow of Valdosta, Idell Richardson, FL; two stepsons, Clifford Richardson, SC, Carl Richardson, Nashville; special nieces, Mary Duggan, Lakeland, Emma Bennett, Stockton; numerous other nieces, nephews and step-grandchildren. Funeral services were held Jan. 4 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with Elder Robert Skinner and the Rev. James Bailey officiating. Songs on CD included "Go Rest High on That Mountain," "I Can Only Imagine" and "Will the Circle Be Unbroken." Interment was in Empire Cemetery. Pallbearers were Earl Weaver, Pat Dupree, Kyle Mathis, Ronald Mathis, Barney Ray, Eugene Gaskins. Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
