ADMINISTRATOR'S sALE-wILL BE SOLD BEFORE THE cOURT-HOUSE DOOR IN THE 

TOWN of Dublin, Laurens county, on the first Tuesday in January 1873, 

wihtin the legal hours of sale, at public outcry, the following land 

belonging to the estate of Louis Beacham deceased, to-wit: The Thomas 

Mitchell lot, 180 acres pine land: the Reubin Lasiter lot, 275 acres 

pine land: the Snider survey. 87 acres, pine land. All the 

improvements consisting of dwelling and outhouses, being on the above 

lots, and they having been assigned to the widow for dower, and sold 

subject thereto. Also the Soldier Bounty land, 575, acers, swamp: The 

Beacham survey, 60 acres, swamp land: the Cicero Beacham place 225 

acres, pine land. All the above being in the 52 district, G. M., on 

the east side of the Oconee river and bounded by the river, about 

fourteen miles south of Dublin. Also the following lots in the town of 

Dublin: The  Ba_hinski lot, being part of lot No 58 having thereon a 

good store: the Dasber lots No 129, 130, 131, and 132, having on the 

same a good dwelling house and outhouses. Sold under an order of the 

Court of Ordinary for the benefit of the heirs and creditors of said 

estate. Terms of sale one-half cash, and one-half time.
