Book ? , Page 11 State of Georgia, Laurens Co, 19 October, 1810, Arthur C Perry of the county of Baldwin, sold to Laban Watson, Senior, $100.00, 202 1/2 acres in the county of Laurens, Land Lot 209, 2nd district, old Wilkinson now Laurens, bounded North East by lot number 232, North West by lot 210, South West by lot 202, and South East by lot 208, surveyed the fifth of October 1804 by Garland Hardwick, District Surveyor. Witnesses were David Watson and Isaiah Watson. Signed Arthur C Perry. Page 12, Personally appeared before me David Watson and being duly sworn sath on oath that he saw Arthur C Perry sign, seal, and dekived the within deed to Laban Watson, and that he saw Isiah Watson sign as a subscribing witness with himself sworn to fefore me the 4th day of January, 1812. Page 9 Laurens County Georgia Writ of Fi Fa out of the Justice Court of Laurens County at the suit of Adam Hunter for the use of Gerard Burch against William M Price, Elisha Watson, and redic Watson, I Charles S Guyton Sheriff, did lately seize the half square of land hereafter described as the property of the said William M Price and after duly and publicly advertised agreeably to the law this January 2, 1821 at the place of public sale , Amos Love being tge highest bidder, was knocked off to him at the price of $21.50. Half square of land know as LL 272, 2nd District, originally Wilkinson, now Laurens Co. January 22, 1821.
