                               Mr. Beacham

Funeral services for Otis C. Beacham, 71, of Rockledge will be held at 2:30PM 
Saturday at Rockledge United Methodist Church. The Rev. W. E. Flanders will 
officiate. Burial will be in Mount Zion Cemetery.
Mr. Beacham died Thursday in a Dublin hospital after an extended illness. A 
lifelong resident of Laurens County, he was the son of the late Braxton and 
Mobie Foskey Beacham. He was a retired farmer and a member of Rockledge United 
Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Virginia Ruth Willis Beacham of Rockledge; a 
daughter, LaFay Stanton of Macon; a brother, Rowe Beacham of Dublin; two 
grandchidren and three great-grandchildren.
The body will be placed in the church at 1:30PM Saturday.
Sammons Funeral Home of Soperton has charge of arangements.


Additional Comments:
Otis Caldwell Beacham was born 9-22-1912 and died 1-19-1984 (GA DC # 002682) 
and is buried at Mount Zion cemetery in Rockledge in Laurens County Georgia. 
His wife, Virginia Ruth Willis Beacham, as well as his parents, Hershel Braxton 
Beacham and Mobe "Mobie" Foskey Beacham, are also buried there.
