                JAMES  E.  BRACEWELL

Funeral services for James E. Bracewell, 72, of Eastman, were conducted 
Saturday at 3 p. m. in Cottondale Baptist Church by Rev. Jodie B. Evans.
 
Mr. Bracewell, a native of Laurens County, died Friday in Rome.  He was a 
member of the Cottondale Baptist Church.

Pallbearers were Paul Tindall, Herbert Moore, Homer Etheridge, Guy Graham, 
Aubry Daniel and Elmer Lowery.

Survivors, in addition to his wife, include a son, Justin Bracewell, of 
Atlanta and Harvey Bracewell, of Rentz; three brothers, Will Bracewell, of 
Eastman;  Tom Bracewell, of Atlants; and Harvey Bracewell, of Rentz. six 
grandchildren also survive.

Burial was in the Cottondale Cemetery with Horne Funeral Home in charge of 
arrangements.
