Lester Bush, Macon Textiles painter, of 825 Main Street, who was drown in the Omulgee River Monday evening, were held at the Silver Leaf Baptist Church, near Dublin, at 11AM Thursday. The Rev. T. W. Beckwith officiated and burial was in the Silver Leaf cemetery. Masonic services were conducted at the graveside. Mr. Bush had made his home in Macon for nine years, coming from Laurens County. He was a member of the Primitive Baptist Church and of the Fort Hawkins Lodge, F&AM. Additional Comments: Right Lester was born 12-4-1894 to W. R. Bush and Mary Jane Outlaw.
