                            Pierce L. Bush
 Services for Pierce Lester Bush, 74, of Lot 33, Meadowdale Trailer Park, 
Dublin, will be held at 2pm Saturday in the chapel of Townsend Brothers 
Funeral Home. The Rev. Dahl McDermitt and the Rev. Douglas Bush will officiate 
and burial will be in Northview Cemetery.
 A lifelong resident of Laurens County, Mr. Bush was the son of the late Right 
Lester and Dallie Foskey Bush, was a veteran of World War II and the Korean 
Conflict, was retired from Robins Air Force Base, and was a member of Union 
Baptist Church. He died Tuesday in an Augusta hospital.
 Survivors include his wife, Margaret B. Bush of Dublin; a son and daughter-in-
law, Eddy and Tina Bush of Raleigh, NC; two sisters, Mary Watson and Mildred 
Kitchens, both of Dublin; and several nieces and nephews.
 Hugh Wood, Bobby Gene Spivey, Junior Spivey, Edward Clements, Eugene Branch, 
and Jerry Wood will serve as pallbearers.
 The family will receive friends from 7-9pm Friday at Townsend Brothers 
Funeral Home, who has charge of arrangements.

Pierce was born 8-28-1920.
