Crabb. Services for retired Master Sgt. Luther Jackson Crabb, 57, of 414 North Franklin St., Dublin, were scheduled for 2 p.m. today in the chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home with the Rev. Frederick A. Buechner officiating and burial in Northview Cemetery. A native of Laurens County, Mr. Crabb was the son of the late Callie Clifford and Beuna Pritchett Crabb. He was retired from the U. S. Army after 20 years service, was a retired employee of the City of Dublin Water Department and a member of Christ Episcopal Church. Mr. Crabb died Saturday night at a local hospital. Survivors include his wife, Ruby Wiggins Crabb of Dublin; a daughter, Elizabeth Ramos of New Mexico; a stepdaughter, Brenda Payne of Dublin; three brothers, James Crabb and John Crabb, both of Dublin, and Cordell Crabb of Lenoir, N.C., and a sister, Diane Fowler of Roberta. Pallbearers are Gregory Crabb, Alan Crabb, Richard Crabb, Dealous Fowler, Jr., Bobby Cochran and George Franks. The family may be contacted at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Burnsie Payne of Mount Olive Road.
